An eclectic style of Yoga that blends Iyengar, Ashtanga and Yin to create a fusion of alignment, slow vinyasa, and meditative stillness. Classes are adapted to offer various options and modifications. All welcome. A little previous Yoga experience preferred.

Cancellation Policy
Kindly note. Free cancellation up to 4 hours before class. If cancelled less than 4 hours in advance you will be charged the full class cost.
